- Kevin Mackey Added April 22, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Ordered and paid for parts for a snapper mower on the 3rd Dec. Told they were in stock. Rang a couple of times, was told they'd ring me. Part delivered at the end of January, 8 weeks lead, missing key component. I asked if we could find a sub for the missing part, was told no. Called again on the 16th of Feb, he got on the phone and found one. That makes a 10 week wait, and only because I nudged him.
