Company refused to deliver what was approved by council / paid for and even denied that the shed was incorrect.
They blamed it on the engineering company designs changing after council approval. New designs were to a lower grade of purlins (which in turn is cheaper for them). New designs were not submitted to council. They agreed to do final inspection with council as the designs had changed however never booked in and now don’t want to do it. Garage doors provided did not align to the design approved (required rework of door openings and a reduction in opening widths.
Agreed opening height could not be achieved due to roller door size which was not factored into design.
They did however provide some labour to assist in build (I paid a contribution direct to builder)
